Return and Refund Policy

At Biotex Life Solutions Private Limited, customer satisfaction with our natural wellness formulations is our top priority. Please review our terms for returns and refunds below.

1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have exactly 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To protect product safety and quality parameters, items are only eligible for a return if the supplement bottle or packaging is completely unopened, safety-sealed, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- For defective, structurally damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping is completely free. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
- For returns based on a change of mind or customer remorse, the customer is responsible for covering the actual return shipping fees back to our warehouse.
- There are no restocking fees applied to any returns.

3. REFUNDS AND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment gateway method within 7 to 10 business days.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@biotex.in if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
