1. ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING CUTOFF TIME
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after transaction and payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, handled, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Our daily order handling cutoff time is 2:00 PM IST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will enter our processing queue on the following business day.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
- We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders, with absolutely no minimum purchase or order value required. 
- Standard Domestic Delivery (India) typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. There are no hidden packaging, handling, or delivery charges applied at checkout on ://biotexlife.com.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently accept transactions and ship packages strictly to residential and commercial physical addresses within the geographical borders of India.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has left our logistics fulfillment center, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email containing an active tracking number. The tracking data will become operational within 24 hours, allowing you to track your delivery status directly via our carrier portals.

5. LOST OR DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your product shipment arrives structurally damaged or is lost during logistics transit, stop use immediately and contact our customer care team at info@biotex.in within 48 hours so we can evaluate the tracking data and issue a complimentary automated replacement.
